摘 要:大轴重货车已被公认为铁路重载运输的发展方向之一。但是,轴重增加将加剧轮轨动态相互作用。分析轴重增加对动力学性能,特别是磨耗问题和轮轨动态相互作用的影响规律。表明小曲线半径条件下,随着轴重的提高,轮轨动态相互作用加剧;在曲线半径较小的情况下,轴重越大,导致的钢轨RCF损伤越明显;而且,轮轨接触应力随着轴重的增加而增加。充分分析轴重与轮轨动态相互作用的关系将有利于重载运输的安全性,减缓对线路的破坏作用。Freight cars with heavy wheel load have been recognized as one of the developing direction of the heavy haul transportation of the world.However,the increases of wheel load aggravate,the dynamic interaction of wheel/rail.The effect of wheel load on dynamic performances of a freight car was researched in this paper,especially for the change law of wear and wheel/rail dynamic interaction.It was indicated from the simulation results that the increase of wheel load would aggravate the dynamic interaction of wheel/rail in condition of small curve radius.The greater wheel load,the more obvious the RCF of rail when the curve radius is small.Moreover,the contact stress of wheel/rail was increased with the enlargement of wheel load.Conclusively,a good understanding of the relationship between wheel load and dynamic interaction of wheel/rail is beneficial to ensure the safety of heavy haul transportation,and mitigate the destructive action of railway line.
