摘  要:提出一种适应于糖能联产的甘蔗糖厂饱和渗透轻压提汁工艺,采用三辊重压、两辊轻压和饱和渗透的方法,其能耗较低,物料分配合理。比较分析了几种甘蔗加工工艺的经济效益,提出了单产糖和糖能联产生产工艺条件下简单、适应性强的利润计算公式,通过验证其准确性较好,为糖厂利润最大化提供了一种可靠方法。The juice extraction process of saturated infiltration-light pressure can be adapted to produce sugar and energy in the cane sugar factory.Adopting 3-roller pressure,2-roller light pressure and saturated infiltration method,it has lower energy consumption.And materials distribution is reasonable.Comparative analysis of the economic benefits of sugar cane processing was conducted,and a simple and adaptable income calculation formula was proposed for processing sugar only or for cogeneration of sugar and energy.Its accuracy is better by verifying.A reliable method was provided for maximization profits of sugar factory.
