教学评价管理系统开发的指导原则

摘　　要：根据现代教学管理需要,自主开发了军队院校教学工作评价管理系统。为了保证教学评价管理系统的开发质量,提出了三项指导原则,结合该系统设计开发实践,就如何体现这些原则逐一进行阐述。According to the demand of modern teaching management,we develop the Teaching Appraisement Management System in Military Academy all by ourselves. Combining with the design and development of the system,we bring forward three guiding principles and set forth how to incarnate those principles in order to guarantee the quality.
