摘 要:远程教师的能力直接影响远程教育质量,提高远程教师能力,已成为提升我国远程教育师资力量、促进现代远程教育持续快速发展的重中之重。对远程教师进行培训,可以快速提高远程教师能力。本研究旨在通过探索和分析国内外远程教师培训现状,为我国远程教师培训提供建设性意见。笔者从培训模式、培训形式和培训内容的理论和实践层面对国内外远程教师培训现状进行了综述,并通过对国内外现状进行比较分析,提出了关于我国远程教师培训目的、标准、培训模式、培训形式,以及培训内容的建议,以期为进一步开展远程教师培训,提高远程教师能力奠定基础。Improving abilities of distance teachers has become the most important force to enhance the strength of teaching staff and realize the sustainable development of distance education in China,as distance education is affected directly by quality of distance teachers.The purpose of this paper is providing some constructive suggestions for our country by exploring and analyzing the situation of distance teacher training in China and abroad.The article summarizes the situation from training mode,pattern and content theoretically and practically,and puts forward some suggestions to these aspects by comparing and analyzing the situation in China and abroad.We hope that this paper can lay a foundation for future development of distance teacher training and improving teachers' abilities.
