新媒体时代高校媒体德育资源整合问题探究

摘　　要：由新媒体和传统媒体组成的校园媒体在高校学生德育工作中是一个全新而重要的领域，在塑造学生价值观、培养学生责任感、彰显学生主体性以及促进学生个性形成方面功不可没。种类繁多、功能各一的校园媒体经过加工、开发和整合．即可成为高校德育工作的重要途径、方式和平台。因此，对于高校校园媒体这一重要德育资源，高校德育工作者应从学生媒介素养的提高、传统媒体和新兴媒体的整合、信息的整合以及网络媒体资源与德育环境的整合等方面入手加以整合和利用。The college media made up of new media and traditional media plays a very important role in shaping the students, cultivating students＇ sense of responsibility, highlighting the subjectivity of students and promoting student＇s personality formation. The variety and versatile college media can become an important way to moral education after processing, development and integration .So the college workers of moral education should integrate and use the important moral resources on the improvement of students＇ media literacy, integration of traditional media and new media, integration of information and conformity of online media resources and moral education environment.
