摘  要:调查显示:目前在我国西部农村小学英语教师培训存在以下问题:部分培训内容与培训需求脱节;培训形式简单化、经验化;学员的参与性不够;对培训效果及质量的反思重视不够。为此在培训中可考虑平时培训与寒暑假培训相结合;转岗培训和在职培训相结合;以打基础的课堂教学为主。The survey shows that there exist some problems in the teacher training for primary school teachers in the western rural areas: the training contents can not meet the demands of training;the style of training is simple and experiencial,the teachers are not willing to participate in the training,less importance is attached to the reflection on the effectiveness and quality of teaching.Therefore,we should try to connect ordinary teaching with the vocational training in winter and summer holidays;the transfer position training with in-service training,and the training should be based on classroom teaching for constructing the teachers' professional bases.
