摘　　要：分析农业机械化专业人才培养的背景,阐述培养农业机械化创新型人才的指导思想,结合海南大学农机化专业建设特色,提出了"三位一体"的人才培养模式,并对人才培养模式的实施方案进行了研究和总结。This article first analyzes the background of talent education in agricultural mechanization and explains the guiding ideology to cultivate innovative agricultural talent,then combines the characteristics of agricultural machinery major in Hainan University and presents the model of trinity applied into talent education.Finally it provides the detailed practical scheme of talent cultivation model.
