摘  要:提出一个适用于多OD对网络的基于动态用户均衡的同时路径和出发时间选择模型,用一个非减的分段线性函数构建了隐含先进先出条件的路段走行时间函数,并按各个路径和出发时间方案的流量的平均值来计算该路段走行时间函数,使得给定一个OD对的总需求和理想到达时间,模型可以确定出行者的选择路径和出发时间方案,方案确定后,没有人能够通过单方面改变其路径或出发时间来减少其自身的负效用。给出了与模型等价的非线性互补问题和变分不等式问题。用一个启发式算法和简单算例证明了所提出的模型能较好地进行路径和出发时间的选择,并能有效地应用于交通网络。A simultaneous route and departure time choice model based on dynamic user equilibrium principle which can be used in multi-origin destination networks was proposed.A link travel time function which implies the first in first out principle was established by a non-decreasing piecewise linear function,and this function was calculated based on the average value of traffic volume of route and departure time choice options.Given the total demand and desired arrival time of an origin-destination pair,the model can determine the scheme of route and departure time of travelers,thus no one can decrease his own disutility by unilaterally changing his route or departure time.Also,the equivalent nonlinear complementarity problem and variation inequality formulation were given.Finally,a heuristic algorithm and a simple example was given to prove that the model can effectively choose path and departure time and can be effectively used in transportation networks.
