摘　　要：介绍了数字化技术在油脂工业中的应用情况。其与油厂传统采用的单回路及单板机控制相比具有控制范围大，自动化程度高，与工艺相配套控制关系可调，工艺、控制参数均实现屏幕数字化显示等优点。The application of digital technology in oil and fat industry is described in this paper.In compare with trditional loop analog control it has the advantages of greater range and full automatic control,control system easy to change,which of process drawing and parameter display in screen directly,et.
