摘　　要：本文主要论述高等工科院校在人才培养过程中,如何转变教学理念和教学模式,重点阐述实践教学与理论教学的辩证关系,以及理论教学、实践教学与人才培养的关系,充分认识到提高学生动手能力、实践能力、创新意识对人才培养的重要性。This paper main elaborates on how to change the teaching idea and the educational model in personnel training process in engineering colleges and universities. It reveals not only the dialectical relations between practice teaching and theoretical teaching but also the practice teaching,theoretical teaching and personnel training~ relations. The paper highlights the importance of the practical ability and the innovative ideology to the students training.
