摘  要:目的探讨聋生人格、应对方式与心理健康的关系,为聋生的心理辅导提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式量表、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ),对长沙某职业技术学院103名聋生进行问卷调查。结果神经质与症状自评量表中的敌意、偏执、精神病性及总均分呈显著正相关;内外向与躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、恐怖及总均分呈不同程度的显著正相关;精神质与症状自评量表各因子分及总均分呈不同程度的显著正相关。消极应对与症状自评量表各因子分及总均分呈显著性正相关。多元逐步回归分析显示,影响心理健康的因素主要为消极应对、神经质、内外向及精神质。结论聋生的人格特征与应对方式对其心理健康状况有显著的影响作用。结论学校应重视聋生的心理健康教育。Objective To study the relationship between personality characteristics,coping style and mental health status of deaf students,so as to offer the evidences for mental health education and administration in deaf students.Methods A total of 103 deaf students in a vocational technical college were tested with Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).Results Neuroticism dimension of EPQ was positively correlated with the total mean score and some factors of SCL-90,such as hostility,paranoid ideation,and psychoticism.Extraversion dimension of EPQ was positively correlated with the total mean score and some factors of SCL-90,such as somatization,obsession-compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,and phobic anxiety.Psychoticism dimension of EPQ was positively correlated with the scores of all factors and the total mean score of scl-90.The scores of negative coping dimension of SCSQ had a significantly positive correlation with the scores of all factors and the total mean score of scl-90.The analysis of multiple stepwise regression showed that the factors which influenced the mental health status were mainly negative coping style,neuroticism,extraversion-introversion,and psychoticism,with the standardized regression coefficients of 0.314,0.232,0.166,and 0.165 respectively.Conclusions The personality characteristics and coping style have significant influences on the mental health status of deaf students.
