摘　　要：使用一种快速而高效的分离差别表达基因的新方法——抑制消减杂交法，分离了在ＴＮＦα作用后血管内皮细胞中差异表达的ｃＤＮＡ，并经反向Ｎｏｒｔｈｅｒｎ 杂交试验证实．初步确认ＴＮＦα作用后诱导了血管内皮细胞内一些分子的表达。A quick and efficient newly elaborated method for isolation of differentially expressed genes, suppression subtractive hybridization, was used to isolate the differentially expressed genes in endothelial cells stimulated by rhTNFα. The result was also verified by reverse Nothern blotting analysis. This work primarily confirms that TNFα induces gene expression in the endothelial cells which is favorable for further researches on the TNFα's role in the endothelial cells.
