摘 要:本文深入研究了情商的起源、内涵及蕴含的能力要素,探索情商对大学生成长的作用。使大学生学会综合运用情商自知、自制、自励、知人、待人等能力,完善人格,乐观向上,不断释放自身精神潜能,将自己塑造成具有个性魅力的成功者,并提出大学生情商能力提升的四大培养途径。Based on a detailed study on the origin,connotation,and ability elements of emotional quotient,the present author attempts to study the functions of emotional quotient on the growing of a university student.An university student can become a successful person full of personal charm,by making comprehensive use of the five capacities of emotional quotient,namely including self-knowledge,self-control,self-encouragement,knowing others,and communicating with others,perfecting his/her personality,remaining optimistic spirvt,and releasing his/her own spiritual potential constantly.The present author proposes four cultivation methods to improve the emotional quotient of university students.
