胸腔内注射顺铂及香菇多糖治疗老年恶性胸腔积液的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察胸腔内置管注入顺铂和香菇多糖治疗老年恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法老年恶性胸腔积液68例,随机分为两组,治疗组经皮胸腔内置管引流尽胸液后,胸腔内注入顺铂和香菇多糖,对照组予顺铂注入胸腔。每周复查胸水情况,观察疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组总有效率为73.5%,高于对照组52.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均有发热、恶心、呕吐、外周血白细胞减少等不良反应,但差异无统计学意义。结论胸腔内注入顺铂和香菇多糖治疗老年恶性胸腔积液疗效好且安全。Objective To observe the clinical effect of cisplatine and lentinan intrathoracic injection in senile patients with malignant pleural effusion.Methods 68 senile patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two group.After drainage of pleural effusion,cisplatin and lentinan were intrathoracic injected in the therapeutic group,but cisplatin was given separately in the control group.Pleural effusion was detected weekly and the efficacy and side effects were evaluated weekly.Results The total response rate in the therapeutic treament group achieved 73.5%,but only 52.9 %in the control group,there was significantly difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The adverse effects,such as fever,nausea,vomiting and leucopenia,occurred in both groups,but no significant diffevence in two groups.Conclusion Thoracic tube installation with intrathoracic injection of cisplatin and lentinan for treatment of malignant pleural effusion is safe and effective.
