摘 要:目的探讨护生不文明行为的发生及相关影响因素,为预防与干预护生行为问题、促进护生人文素质培养提供依据。方法采取护生相关不文明行为问卷和护生不文明行为影响因素开放式问卷,对大学1、2、3年级大专与本科护生进行调查。结果护生的主要不文明行为是在考试与小测验中作弊;护生不文明的主要影响因素为护生素质差;教师对护生不文明行为的主要影响因素是教学活动。结论应重视预防护生的不文明行为,充分发挥教师楷模作用,促进护生人文素质和专业行为的培养。Objective To explore the status and the influential factors of uncivil behaviors among nursing students in order to provide bases for developing prevention and intervention measures ,and enhancing the personality quality of nursing students. Methods The nursing students'uncivil behaviors questionnaire and the open questionnaire about the factors iaffuencing nursing students'uncivil behaviors were used to investigate college and undergraduate nursing students in grade 1,2,and 3. Results The main uncivil behavior was cheating in tests. The major influential factor of nursing students'uncivil behaviors was nursing students'quality. Teachers affected uncivil behaviors of nursing students mainly by their teaching activities. Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to preventing the uncivil behaviors and strengthe- ning the training of humanistic qualities and professional behaviors among nursing students, and make full use of the role models of teachers.
