功能食品中铁含量现场快速检测方法的建立

摘　　要：建立功能食品中铁快速检测技术。通过试验选择最佳反应条件。曲拉通-100为增溶剂三价铁与硫氰酸钾显色反应,形成红色络合物。该络合物在波长480 nm,使用AMMS-1型快检仪检测。三价铁浓度在0.5 mg/L～3.0 mg/L范围内,呈线性关系。相关系数为0.999 4,最低检出限为50μg/kg本方法摩尔吸光系数为3.6×104 L/(mol.cm),标准偏差2.4%。该方法用于测定功能食品中铁含量,操作简捷,结果准确可靠。To creat a new and quick method of determining Fe（Ⅲ） in functional food.The best conditions of reaction were chosen by testing.Using Triton X-100 as the solubilizing agent,Fe（Ⅲ） reacts with potassium thiocyanate and forms a red colorful complex at the presence of micelle media.The complex has been determined at λ1（λ=480 nm） by AMMS-1.The linearity was shown in the range of 0.5 mg/L-3.0 mg/L for the concentration of Fe（Ⅲ）.The correlation coefficient was 0.999 4.The detection limit was 50 μg/kg.The apparent molar absorptivity was 3.6×104 L/（mol·cm）,and relative standard deviation（RSD） was 2.4 %.The new method is better selective,accurate and practical.It is a reliable means to detect Fe（Ⅲ）in functional food.
