摘　　要：技术创新是企业可持续发展的重要途径,同时也是一项高风险活动,技术创新过程中需要及时识别和应对风险。在分析相关研究的基础上,针对狭义技术创新提出了一种基于动态朴素贝叶斯网的风险识别方法,介绍了与动态朴素贝叶斯网建网相关的指标选择和参数学习。利用企业技术创新案例数据验证了方法的有效性,对实证结果进行了分析。方法为企业技术创新风险决策与管理提供了参考。Technological innovation is an important way for enterprises to survive and develop,and at the same time,a risky activity.It is necessary to take care and deal with this risk during the innovation.After the analysis of related research,a method based on dynamic naive bayes networks is provided to identify the innovation risk.The risk factors and network construction are introduced in detail.The experiment on a set of innovation instance shows the method is effective.
