摘  要:为了改善工程车辆的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性,针对工程车辆被动式悬架系统存在阻尼固定、变化范围小的缺点,采用磁流变阻尼器,设计了其模糊控制器,建立工程车辆悬架系统的半主动控制模型,并用白噪声信号模拟路面情况进行仿真分析,结果表明:采用模糊控制的磁流变阻尼器的半主动悬架与被动悬架相比,可以有效地降低振动的加速度峰值,减振效果明显。In order to improve the vehicle ride comfortableness and driving stability,for engineering vehicles there is a shortcoming in the fixed damp and small damping range of the passive suspension system.In this paper,MR damper was used,the fuzzy controller was designed,and the vehicle semi-active suspension control system model was established.White noise signal was used to simulate road conditions,the result showed that the semi-active suspension used fuzzy controlled MR damper could effectively reduce the vibration acceleration peak and the effect of damping significantly,which was better than that of passive suspension.On this basis,the feasibility of fuzzy controlled MR damper used to reduce the vibration in vehicles was discussed.
