摘  要:目的分析比较不同采集方法制备的吴茱萸中挥发性成分。方法分别采用水蒸气蒸馏法和顶空加热提取挥发性成分的方法,对其进行气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析。结果两种提取方法无论在成分还是其相对含量方面均存在一定的差异,采用水蒸气蒸馏法可鉴定出16种挥发性化学成分,采用顶空进样技术可鉴定出18种挥发性化学成分,共有成分为8种。结论两种样品采集方法,分别提供了不同沸点吴茱萸挥发物的化学信息;运用这两种方法可建立更全面的吴茱萸挥发性成分GC-MS表征体系。Objective To compare the difference of volatile components in fructu s evodiae prepared with different sample collection methods.Methods The volatil e components from fructus evodiae were extracted by steam distillation and heads pace injection respectively and then analyzed by GC-MS.Results There was a cert ain difference in the compositions and relative content of the volatile compound s between the above two extraction methods.16 volatile chemical compounds were i dentified in volatile oil obtained by SD,whereas 18 volatile components were ide ntified in the herb treated with HS;among the detected compounds in the samples treated with different method.There were 8 mutual compounds with different rela tive contents.Conclusion The above two methods of sample collection provides the chemical information of volatile matters with different boiling points from fru ctus evodiae,which can be used for establishing more comprehensive GC-MS repres entation system.
