摘　　要：综述近年来国内外有关辣椒素提取和应用的研究进展,总结和比较几种辣椒素主要提取方法的原理和优缺点,得出多种技术的结合是今后辣椒素提取研究的主要方向;着重阐述辣椒素在生物防治方面的应用,并指出辣椒素研究中需要解决的问题及应用前景。This paper introduced new research progress on extraction and application of capsaicin at home and abroad.Summarized and compared the principle,advantage and disadvantage of several main extraction methods,the results indicated that integrated multiple technologies are the main direction of capsaicin extraction in future;then focusing on the application of biological control.Finally,this paper prospect the problems need to be solved during the research on capsaicin and the future application.
