摘　　要：藏汉双语教育政策的基本内涵,是由包括本民族文化传统的优秀成果,主流民族文化的优秀成果及借鉴人类社会所创造的一切文化成果所构成的。多元文化因素在双语教育的政策框架中,形成相互依存,相互颉抗的体系结构,并努力追求各要素的和谐状态,规约着藏汉双语教育政策的制定、改革和发展,为藏民族聚居地区教育现代化提供政策保障。Bilingual education policy,the basic content,including cultural traditions by the excellent results of the mainstream culture of the outstanding achievements and learn from all human society created by the composition of cultural achievements.Multi-cultural factors in bilingual education policy framework,the formation of interdependent and mutually antagonistic architecture,and the pursuit of the harmony of all elements of the state statute with Tibetan and Chinese bilingual education policy development,reform and development,education for the Tibetan ethnic minority areas modernization of policy support.
