摘　　要：随着医疗改革的不断深入,提高医院行政管理干部水平成为当前的重要课题。医院管理者既是政策的贯彻执行者和完成医院任务的组织者,又是医院物质文明和精神文明的建设者。他们在医院中居于一定的职位,负有一定责任,行使着上级和医院授予的管理职能。选拔培养政治素质好、熟悉业务、有管理才能的医院行政管理干部,并以最佳的群体结构为目标,进行合理配备是搞好医院管理的前提和关键。With the deepening health care reform,improving the level of hospital manager has become the critical issue.Hospital administrators are not only organizers of policy implementation and completion of hospital missions,but also the builders of the hospital material and spiritual civilization.They stay in a certain position of hospital,bear some responsibility and enforce the management authority which the superiors and the hospital grant.It would be the reasonable premise and key for the sound hospital management,to selecting and foster administrators with high political qualities,professional work and good capacity of management,on the purpose of the best group structure,as well as with rational equipment.
