高职应用性项目管理的难点与对策

摘　　要：应用性研究是高职院校科研的特色,如何彰显职业特色,抓好成果管理是关键。从分析高职院校应用性研究项目的三个难点及其成因入手,提出增强应用研究的四种意识、营造成果转化的环境、校企横向研究合作、保护研究人员的知识产权、建立应用研究成果管理平台等对策。Applied research is the characteristic of scientific research in higher vocational schools.The key to demonstrate vocational characteristics is to do a good job in managing research results.Starting from the three difficulties and their causes in applied research in higher vocational schools,this paper proposed the countermeasures,which include enhancing four kinds of consciousness of applied research,creating the environment of result transformation,promoting schools and enterprises lateral research cooperation,protecting intellectual property of researchers and establishing results-based management platform,etc.
