摘 要:目的探索PBL理念结合"准住院医生"模式对医学生的带教效果。方法对2007年7月至2010年3月在我院实习的251名学生引入PBL理念结合"准住院医生"模式带教,观察培养效果。结果学生在查阅文献、语言表达、独立解决临床问题、团队协作等能力方面均有较大程度的提高。结论该模式在临床带教中是一项有实践意义的措施,有助于培养学生临床思维方法、提高学习积极性和学习效率。Objective To explore the effect of PBL principal in combination with pro-resident physician teaching model in medical students.Methods 251 medical students studied in our hospital during July,2007 to March,2010 were received PBL in combination with pro-resident physician teaching model.The teaching effect was observed.Results The ability of students are greatly improved,such as searching medical references,expression ability,solving problems,collaboration with others,and so on.Conclusion The PBL in combination with pro-resident physician teaching model is adapted to the features of the clinical teaching in hospitals and helpful for improving study efficiency and comprehensive quality of students.It also can culture the right clinical thinking way of students.
