摘  要:目的 探讨Ras homologous C(RhoC)、KAI1在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组化方法,应用HPLAS-1000型彩色图像分析系统,检测45例乳腺良性疾病组织和75例乳腺癌组织中RhoC和KAI1的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系.结果 RhoC蛋白在乳腺良性疾病组织和乳腺癌组织中表达的灰度值分别为(0.07±0.01)、(0.35±0.12),二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).RhoC表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、TNM分期呈正相关(P<0.05).KAI1蛋白在乳腺良性疾病组织和乳腺癌组织中表达的灰度值分别为(0.72±0.25)、(0.27±0.13),二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).KAI1表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、TNM分期呈负相关(P<0.05).RhoC、KAI1蛋白表达与患者年龄无相关性(P>0.05).结论 RhoC、KAI1在乳腺癌发生、发展中发挥重要作用,RhoC和KAI1异常表达可能成为判断乳腺癌生物学行为的重要指标.Objective To explore the expression of RhoC and KAI1 in breast cancer and their relationships with clinicopathological characteristics. Methods A total of 45 cases of breast benign disease and 75 cases of primary breast cancer were detected for the expression of RhoC and KAI1 by using S - P immunohistoehemical staining and image analysis system. Results The average level of RhoC protein was 0.07 ±0.01 in breast benign disease and 0.35 ±0.12 in breast cancer with difference being significant(P 〈0.01 ). Furthermore, the expression of RhoC protein had a significantly positive correlation with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages of carcinoma (P 〈 0.05 ). The average level of KAI1 protein was 0.72 ± 0.25 in breast benign disease and 0.27 ± 0.13 in breast cancer with difference being signifi- cant( P 〈 0.01 ). Moreover, the expression of KAI1 protein had a markedly negative correlation with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages of carcinoma(P 〈 0.05). The expression of RhoC and KAI1 protein had no correlation with age ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion RhoC and KAI1 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and aggression in breast cancer. RhoC and KAI1 may be useful markers for assessing the biological behaviors of breast cancer.
