摘　　要：高校工会具有维护、参与、服务、协调、建设等基本职能,在校园文化的构建中发挥特殊作用。促进和谐校园的建设,坚持走学校、教师、学生、市场、社区五位一体协调的可持续发展之路。工会促进和谐校园可持续发展的目标是建设和谐校园文化和可持续发展战略,推动和谐校园可持续发展。The university trade unions have some basic functions such as maintenance,participation,service,coordination and construction,which will play an especial role in the process of constructing campus culture.Promote the construction of the harmonious campus,must keep the schools, teachers, students, marketing, communities integrated.The aim trade unions promote the harmonious campus sustainable development is that constructs harmonious campus culture and sustainable development stratagem, drives harmonious campus sustainable development.
