摘 要:对紫娟等茶树进行色素和花色素苷分析,结果表明:在紫娟叶片发育的3个时期,叶片叶绿素含量总体上呈上升的趋势,叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量的变化趋势与叶绿素总量的变化趋势相似;紫娟叶片中类胡萝卜素随发育时期变化不明显,而花色素苷则急剧减少。生长到第三时期,花色素苷的颜色逐渐消失,叶绿素的颜色逐渐显示出来,在2种色素的共同作用下,紫娟叶片逐渐由紫色变成绿色。紫娟叶色的变化与花色素苷/叶绿素总量呈显著的正相关关系,与类胡萝卜素绝对含量变化的关系不大。The changes of the chlorophyll,carotenoid and anthocyanin content of leaves in 'Zijuan'(Camellia sinensis var.assamica)were measured continuously by using spectrophotometry.The relationship between the leaves color and the content of pigments was also explored.The result showed that the chlorophyll content of 'Zijuan' increased in a whole.The changing trends of the chlorophyll a,b were similar to the total content of chlorophyll basically.The anthocyanin content decreased in the third development stage of 'Zijuan' rapidly,so that the color of anthocyanin disappeared.And the leaves color turned purple into green.Therefore,there was a positive correlation between the leaves color and anthocyanin /chlorophyll,and the leaves color had nothing to do with the absolute content of carotenoid.
