山西高职院校青年英语教师素质现状与持续发展建议

摘　　要：高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,而高职教师整体素质的提高又是高职教育中不可忽视的方面。因此,探寻山西高职院校青年英语教师的发展规律,应当按照山西高职高专院校的特点与青年英语教师素质现状,坚持扎根于服务山西地方经济发展的需要,并在问卷调查研究基础上,以新的时代发展要求对高职英语教师的持续发展提出建议。High vocational education is an essential part of high education. Still, it is unneglected for improving the quality of teachers working in high vocational education. Therefore, to explore the developing law of youth college English teachers, it is based on the profound development of ShanXi vocational English teaching and serves the developmental demands of ShanXi local economy. With the approach of the questionnaire survey, it also puts forwards the higher requirements on vocational English teachers in need of the .social development and the suggestions on further and sustainable development.
