摘　　要：专业建设的好坏关系学校的生存与发展。结合云南地缘经济特色,针对我校连锁经营管理专业的特点,紧紧围绕专业教学改革与实践,分析了专业建设与专业人才培养现状,重点从人才培养定位、实训师资队伍建设、教学管理等方面探讨了提升专业建设和教学效果的思路,以强化学生专业能力及创新能力的培养。Specialty construction is vital to a college＇s survival and development.In terms of the characteristics of specialty construction of Chain Management in our college,the characteristics of geo-economy of Yunnan Province and the specialty＇s teaching reform and practice,the paper analyzed the status quo of specialty construction and personnel training from such aspects as personnel training orientation,teaching staff construction and teaching management.The authors shared some ideas on how to improve specialty construction and teaching effects to improve the students＇ professional and creative ability.
