摘　　要：现阶段我国正处于经济高速发展和产业结构调整的转型期,高职院校必须转变教育观念,正确理解人文素质教育和职业能力提升的关系。应采取多种途径和措施,有效提升高职学生的职业能力,着力培养全面发展的高素质人才,以进一步增强高职学生的就业竞争力,提高毕业生的就业质量和社会地位,促进高职院校可持续健康发展。At present,China is in the transitional stage of rapid economic development and industrial restructuring.It is necessary for us to change the education concept and correctly understand the relationship between humanistic education and professional ability enhancement.Various measures should be taken to enhance the professional ability of students and cultivate overall high-quality talents.The student＇s employment competitive ability should be further enhanced to raise the quality of employment and the social positions of graduates,promote a sustainable development of higher vocational colleges.
