摘　　要：教学团队建设是教育部"质量工程"建设的重要组成部分,通过建立团队合作机制来推动教学内容和方法的研究与改革,促进教学研究和教学经验交流,对于课程建设、教师专业发展以及提高教师的教学水平,提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。根据长春工业大学化工原理课程教学团队建设的实践经验,本文从团队的传统和特色、课程建设、教学内容和方法的改革、科研对教学的促进作用等方面介绍了我校团队的建设情况。The construction of teaching team is an important part of ＂quality engineering＂ of the Ministry of Education.The cooperation of the members in the team will promote the reform of teaching method and the course content,and the exchange of ideas and experience.It is of great importance in raising the teachers ability in teaching and the quality of education.Considering the tradition and according to the practical experience of the team in Changchun University of Technology,the article introduces the reform of teaching contents and course construction,and also the achievements we have made.
