摘　　要：高职院校思想政治教育的管理体系,是由纵向上的"三级"领导管理、横向上的"四线"工作管理、横纵交叉点上的"五环节"教育管理有机组成的纵横交错的网络系统。以德育为首,全程育人;以学生为中心,全员育人;以管理为保障,全面育人;突出主动性、开放性和实践性,体现职业特色。The management system at colleges and universities is an organic combination with the patterns of vertical ＂three levels＂ leadership,horizontal ＂four lines＂,and crisscross ＂five links＂ management.Take moral education as the leading role,with all-distances education;take students as center,with all-members education;take management as security,with all-directions education;and give prominence to activeness,openness and practicalness,so as to illustrate the vocational characteristics
