摘　　要：高职院校的实验实训设备,是培养生产一线应用型人才的硬件保障。随着设备投入的加大,设备管理水平的提升已迫在眉睫。应分析高职院校大型设备管理上存在的问题,从管理制度、管理队伍、员工素质和效益管理等方面提出改进措施,促进高职院校设备管理工作科学有效发展。The experimental and training equipment of higher vocational colleges is the hardware guarantee in cultivating high-skilled talents in production line.With the increased investments in equipment,the promotion of equipment management level has been extremely urgent.The article analyses the existed problems on large-scale equipment management in higher vocational colleges,and proposes some countermeasures from the management system,management team,staff quality and efficiency of management to enhance the scientific management of equipment management in higher vocational colleges.
