摘　　要：工学结合模式下高职院校思想政治教育存在着施教主体权利义务不明确,施教过程针对性不明确,施教队伍人员素质参差不齐,工学结合的质量评价机制不完善等问题。构建工学结合模式下的思想政治教育保障机制、预警机制、人才培养机制和评价机制显得尤为重要和迫切。There are many problems,such as teachers＇ambiguous obligations and rights,lacking of pertinent teaching;various levels of instruction,incomplete assessment of work-based learning pattern,etc in ideological and political education in higher voca-tional colleges＇ work-based learning pattern.Therefore,it is essential and urgent to construct work-based learning pattern i-deological mechanism of security,alerting,talent cultivating and assessing.
