摘  要:通过实行干部竞聘上岗的具体实践,农业院校得出干部竞聘上岗的创新经验,坚持党管干部原则是关键;严格规范程序是前提;广泛宣传是基础;积极参与是做好竞聘上岗工作的保证。做好干部竞聘上岗工作,要正确处理干部日常考核与竞聘上岗的关系;要正确处理后备干部与现职干部的关系;要正确处理竞聘岗位与竞聘资格的关系;要合理对待和使用落聘干部。Agricultural colleges and universities have learned valuable experience in innovation from the practice of the competition of leading cadres for post:adherence to the principle that cadres must be administrated by the Party is the key to the competition for post;strictly regulating the competition procedure is the essential prerequisite of the competition for post;a wide publicity campaign is the foundation of the competition for post;and active participation is the guarantee to do well the work of the leading cadres' competition for post.Doing well the work of the leading cadres' competition for post involves correctly dealing with the relationship between the routine check on cadres and the competition for post,the relationship between the reserve cadres and the present ones,the relationship between the competitive posts and the competitive qualifications,and how to reasonably treat and appoint the failures in engagement.
