摘　　要：通过"阳光体育运动"与"学生体质健康测试"相结合的方法,依据学生体质的具体情况为学生开具运动处方的实验研究,在此基础上得出结论与建议,以期对今后的阳光体育运动在高校中顺利进行提供科学性依据。To combine the sunlight sports and the student physique health test,and describing the exercise prescription that base on the student physique health,the article draws the conclusions and the suggestions,which will provides the scientific basis for the carrying out of sunlight sports well in the university.
