住院患者对患者安全认知的现状及其影响因素的调查

摘　　要：目的 评估患者对住院期间患者安全的认知现状并探讨其相关因素.方法 自行设计患者安全认知调查表对上海市某二级甲等医院540名患者进行调查.结果 该院患者的安全认知水平较高,相关因素涉及患者的教育背景、既往住院经历、既往不良事件以及患者的健康状况等.结论 可从多途径实施干预以提高患者安全认知水平,如加强患者安全认知宣教,增强其安全意识,改善其安全行为.Objective To investigate and assess the status and related factors of hospitalized patients＇perception of patient safety. Methods 540 patients in a secondary hospital were investigated with a selfdeveloped questionnaire. Results The levels of patients＇ perception of patient safety was high. Related factors included educational background, times of hospitalization, experience of medical errors and health status of the patients. Conclusions Several strategies can be executed to improve patients ＇ perception of patient safety,including improving patients＇ knowledge, perception and behaviour of patient safety, enhancing health promotion education on patient safety and encouraging patients to participate in their safety.
