摘　　要：文章回顾了国内外创业领域的研究动态,比较并归纳了有代表性的创业定义及创业研究框架,分析这些创业定义的立足点,在此基础上提出一个创业的综合性定义,并构建了一个包括创业主体、创业过程、创业结果和创业环境的创业概念框架。Reviewing the research dynamics in the field of entrepreneurship both domesticly and internationaly,this paper attempts to compare the typical and influential definitions and framework of entrepreneurship to find out their focuses,with which we sum up a comprehensive definition of entrepreneurship.It constructs a conceptual framework that comprises entrepreneurial subject,entrepreneurial process,entrepreneurial outcomes and entrepreneurial environment,and expects that the framework can representsa useful effort not only for domestic scholars but also for entrepreneurs to understand the connotation of entrepreneurship better.
