摘 要:目的观察Nd∶YAG激光照射狗牙活髓切断术后断面的牙髓组织变化,了解Nd∶YAG激光照射条件与牙髓反应的关系。方法动物的牙分成四组,每组3颗牙。一组为对照,另三组切髓后激光照射断面,条件分别为1W、2W、3W的输出能量,时间均为5s,各组均用Dycal盖髓剂盖髓。分别于3、7、21d处死动物,组织切片光镜观察。结果接受2W输出能量激光照射的牙,术后早期,创伤牙髓的愈合优于对照组;术后21d有程度不同的牙本质桥形成,根部牙髓无明显异常,组织学疗效评价均成功。大能量Nd∶YAG激光用于切髓术有较强的损伤作用。结论适当剂量的Nd∶YAG激光照射具有一定的促进创伤愈合作用。Objective To investigate the effects of laser irradiation on the wounds healing of dog pulps after mechanical pulpotomy.Methods Pulpotomy and pulsed Nd∶YAG laser irradiation with different energy on the exposed pulp tissues were performed in 3 dogs.After wards,the pulps were examined with histologicaltechnics.Results 5s irradiation at 40Hz,50mJ(2.0W)promoted the pulp wound healing and complete hard tissue bridges formation with less pulpal inflammation in all the dogs in this group.5s irradiation at 50Hz,60mJ(3 W) caused un-reversible pulp damage.Conclusion Within certain energy parameters,pulsed Nd∶YAG laser may promote the pulp wound healing.
