高等职业教育教学模式改革的研究与实践——谈中央电大高职类专业的双证改造计划

摘　　要：随着我国经济发展对高技能人才需求的日益增加,中央电大根据国家对高等职业教育改革的相关政策与思路,结合中央电大高职类开放教育专科学生的需求与已有的教学基础,启动了"高职类专业双证改造计划",并与人力资源和社会保障部职业技能鉴定中心合作,联合开展"以职业人教育为核心的职业导向式技能人才培养教学改革"项目,在开放教育相关专业中引进国家职业资格证书课程,形成了职业资格证书的"5+1"双证课程院校鉴定模式,使毕业学生同时获得学历证书和国家职业资格证书。"双证"模式改革对提升中央电大开放教育专科生的职业竞争能力和转岗就业能力,满足社会对职业技能人才的需求具有重要意义。With the increasing need for the talented personnel,the Open University has started the project of double certificate reform in higher vocational education,based on the policy of national reform in higher vocational education and combined with the needs from the students of open education of higher vocation and the existing instructional base.Furthermore,the Open University cooperated with OSTA（Occupational Skill Testing Authority） of CETTIC（China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center） to undertake the ＂teaching reform in talent training centered on professional education and directed by occupation＂,imported national professional certificate in some majors of open education,explored the model appraisal of ＂5＋1＂ double certificate course for some colleges,and finished the model design for the students to get the academic certificate and the national professional certificate at the same time.This reform is very important for the Open University to increase its students＇ power of professional competition and the ability of employment in open education of higher vocation,and it can meet the need for talented people of the society.
