摘　　要：图书馆员的素质,是高校图书馆现代化发展的关键,提高馆员的素质直接关系到图书馆功能的发挥。文章对提高高校图书馆员素质的必要性、馆员素质的结构以及提高馆员素质的基本途径进行了阐述。Librarians＇ quality is the key to the development of libraries in Colleges.Improving the librarians＇ quality is directly related to the library functions.The paper illustrates it necessary to improve the college librarians＇ quality.Meanwhile,the librarians＇ quality structure and basic ways of improvement are also discussed.
