摘　　要：当前,中等职业学校人才培养存在的问题主要表现在培养目标与社会需求脱节、课程设置不合理、教学实效性不高、师资队伍建设有待加强等方面。中等职业学校的人才培养应以企业需求为导向,准确定位培养目标;面向岗位群,发挥办学优势;加强就业指导,开展职业生涯规划指导;加强与企业合作,构建人才培养"立交桥";服务地方经济建设,突出地域特色。At present, in the talent training of secondary vocational schools there exist such major problems as the out of touch of training objectives with social needs, irrational curriculum, low teaching effectiveness and insufficient faculty. Accordingly, secondary vocational schools should take talent training as a guidance based on enterprise demand and accurately position the training objectives; give play to school-running advantage for the post group; strengthen career guidance and carry out career planning guidance; strengthen cooperation enterprises and build the talent-training ＂overpass＂; serve the local economic construction and highlight the regional characteristics.
