摘　　要：实践教学是高职院校人才培养模式的重要标志,高职文科专业以技能大赛为切入点,围绕技能大赛带动实训条件建设、师资队伍建设、课程改革等内涵建设的各个方面,形成富有特色的人才培养模式,对实现高职文科专业培养高素质的职业型人才具有重要的实践指导意义。Practice teaching is an important symbol of talents cultivation model in higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward that the liberal arts specialties focus on skill competition,then drive practice condition construction,teaching staff construction and course reform to form unique talents cultivation model,which is instructive to cultivate professional talents for liberal arts specialties in higher vocational colleges.
