摘　　要：实验教学是培养人才的必要途径,是培养创新型应用人才的关键环节。机械类专业实验教学改革的目标是要培养具有创新意识和实际动手能力的应用型高素质人才。文章提出了对实验教学的理念、体系及管理模式的改革措施,取得了较好的效果。Experimental teaching is a necessary means to cultivate talents and it＇s the key to develop innovative talents as well. The aim of experimental teaching reform of mechanical speciality is cultivating applied - oriented talents with awareness of innovation and practical ability. This paper proposes the reform measures about the teaching ideas, the system and the management patterns of the experimental teaching, achieved has aehineved good results.
