摘 要:以我院岗位设置改革工作的实践为例,探讨"以人为本"作为人力资源管理的重要价值。改革的成功经验表明,将人力资源管理的落脚点定位于全院职工的权利保障,改革方案能够得到员工的拥护和良好的实施。现代人力资源管理坚持和推进以人为本的理念,须跳出人事管理的窠臼,不断完善制度建设,健全科学、公平和公开的管理模式,同时继续加强管理机制创新,保障全心全意为员工服务理念的落实。Based on the reform of post settings in Wuxi No.4 People's Hospital,this article probes into the concept of"people-orientedness" as an important value for human resource management(HRM).The successful experience of the reform shows that staff's rights protection in hospital will contribute to the staff's support for reform measures and effective implementation of these measures.In order to promote the concept of people-orientedness,modern HRM must refrain itself from the defects in personnel administration,constantly improving the system construction,and building a scientific,fair and open management model.Meanwhile,the management mechanism should be innovated all the way so as to make sure that wholehearted services are provided to the staff.
