《汉语拼音方案》无须修改,但要完善

摘　　要：汉语拼音字母名称符合国际习惯,符合汉语特点,根据现有的国家标准解释汉语拼音方案字母名称,即按照国家标准《外语地名汉字译写导则》里的《音译表》,像读音译的外国地名一样地读《汉语拼音方案》规定的字母名称。可以根据音译表列出表示字母名称读音的汉字。提出处理加符字母的办法和完善汉语拼音的目标。Scheme of Chinese phonetic alphabet was approved by the NPC.The names of letters of Pinyin conform to international habit and special features of Chinese.The names of letters could be explained according to Transformation guidelines of geographical names from foreign languages into Chinese and read like foreign geographical names.Chinese scripts indicating names of letters in Pinyin,means to deal with letters with mark and target to perfect Pinyin are put forward.
