手术室护士职业倦怠与社会支持的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室护士职业倦怠状况及其与社会支持的关系。方法采用职业倦怠量表(MBI-HSS)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对218名手术室护士进行调查与分析。结果职业倦怠感的3个子条目中,高水平疲溃感分别为:情感枯竭占50.6%,去人格化占31.8%,低个人成就感占54.5%。情感枯竭主要与主观支持、支持利用度和社会支持总分相关;去人格化主要与主观支持和社会支持总分相关;个人成就感分值与社会支持4项值的相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论手术室护士的职业倦怠发生率较高,增加社会支持,可以有效缓解手术室护士的职业倦怠感,提高手术室护士的工作积极性和整体护理质量。Objective To investigate the relationship between occupational boredom of nurse in operation room and social support.Methods 218 nurses in operation room were investigated and analyzed by MBI-HSS and SSRS.Results Emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment were 50.6%,31.8%,54.5%,respectively in high level burnout.Emotional exhaustion was related to subjective support,the utilization of support and social support score.Depersonalization was related to subjective support and social support score.Personal accomplishment was related to four indexes of social support（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion The incidence rate of occupational boredom of nurse in operation room is higher.Increasing of social support can effectively relieve boredom and enhance positive attitude and general nursing care quality of nurse in operation room.
