摘 要:针对当前许多拓扑优化结构中存在的制造工艺问题,提出了一种考虑挤压工艺约束和应力约束的拓扑优化模型。采用该方法对座椅骨架进行轻量化设计,并对新设计的座椅骨架进行校核。分析结果表明:新的座椅结构在满足各项性能和挤压工艺约束的同时达到了明显的轻量化效果,证明了该拓扑优化方法的可行性。In view of the current existing problem in the topology optimization, a topological optimization model that considers extrusion technology and the stress constraints is proposed. And then, we carry out the lightweight design of seat skeleton by using this method and analyze the new model. Analysis results show the new seat not only meets the extrusion technology constraints, but also achieves the lightweight effects. The design proves the feasibility of the method of topological optimization, and also provides advice for the lightweight design of car seat.
