“更是《大学》次序,诚意最要”——论朱子《大学章句》“诚意”章的诠释意义

摘　　要：朱子《大学章句》极为重视"诚意",认为它是"自修之首",并耗尽毕生精力为之作解,取得了突出成就。其一,朱子基于性善论和工夫论立场,对诚意、自欺、自慊、慎独诸概念内涵作了独特阐发。其二,朱子具有通贯视野,将诚意与自欺、自慊、慎独诸概念贯穿起来,分别视为诚意之内核、体验、工夫,共同构成"诚意"这一有机整体。进而阐发诚意与致知、正心之知行、先后、主辅、轻重关系,展现了工夫的独立性与连续性。其三,朱子本章之解在不断突破自我的修改历程中进行,朱子长期以来只是将诚意与自欺联系,直至生命最后数年才将诚意、自欺、自慊、慎独通贯诠释。总之,朱子紧紧围绕致知与涵养这一道德工夫对诚意作出的新诠,对"诚意"学产生了深远影响,为中国哲学经典的诠释亦提供了有益借鉴。Zhuzi＇s the Great Learning Chapters pays attention to ＂sincerity＂,regarding it as ＂the first place of study by oneself ＂,spending great energy to explain it.His annotation made remarkable achievements.First,on ＂doing good＂ and ＂efforts＂,Zhuzi made unique annotation for the meaning of ＂sincerity＂ ＂self-deceiving＂ ＂modesty＂ ＂carefulness＂.Second,with the view,Zhuzi united ＂sincerity＂ ＂self-deceiving＂ ＂modesty＂ ＂carefulness＂,and regarded them as the core experience and effort of ＂sincerity＂.Moreover,Zhuzi explained the relation between ＂sincerity＂ and ＂knowledge-attaining＂,and showed the independence and continuity of efforts.Third,Zhuzi modified the annotation under the courseed of breakthroughing himself.We should pay cautious attention to the fact：Zhuzi only connected ＂sincerity＂with ＂self-deceiving＂ in the long time,＂sincerity＂with ＂self-deceiving＂ ＂modesty＂ ＂carefulness＂until last years in his life.In a word,Zhuzi circled the morals of ＂knowledge-attaining＂ and ＂self-control＂,making novel explanation on ＂sincerity＂,which produced far-reaching influence on ＂sincerity＂,and offered reference for the annotation of Chinese philosophy classics.
