摘　　要：基于问题的学习近年来受到广泛重视,网络环境的特定优势为开展基于问题的学习提供了更为有利的条件、学习支持以及逼真的问题情境、问题表征形式的多样化,有利于促进学习者的交流合作、拓展学习社群、提供丰富的问题解决资源等。本文在学习支持理念的指导下,主要从问题情境、问题表征、结果呈现、过程评价等方面探讨基于问题的在线学习支持。Problem-Based Learning has attracted widespread attention in recent years,and the network environment has better exploited its advantages in the following ways: 1) creating a realistic situation;2) diversifying approaches to representing the problem;3) promoting communication and cooperation between learners;4) expanding the learning community;and 5) enriching resources etc.Under the guidance of Learning Support Theory,the paper discusses problem-based online learning support from such perspectives as environment of problem,its representation,result presentation and process assessment.
